The Sweet Lobby has happily dedicated countless hours to perfecting this perennial favorite! Baked daily, only the finest globally and locally sourced ingredients are used in a delicate balance to produce a rich, moist cupcake that is complemented by a wide selection of decadent, yet light, frostings. The Sweet Lobby’s signature frostings are European style buttercreams and do not contain shortening.
The Sweet Lobby boasts a wide range of flavors, ranging from the classic dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut and red velvet to seasonal creations such as gingerbread, caramel apple, roasted pineapple, dulce de leche and tiramisu.

A macaron is made up of two key components – the exterior shell or cookie and the interior filling. Each macaron has two shells: meringue-based cookies, made from almonds, sugar and egg whites. Crowned with a smooth, shiny surface, each shell finds its perfect pair and the two come together to enclose decadent ganaches, buttercreams, or fruit preserves.
Easily recognized by its unique appearance, there is nothing quite like a macaron. Likewise, eating a macaron is a one of a kind experience. This classic tea cake originated in the Lorraine region of north-eastern France. It was made famous by French novelist, Marcel Proust, in his book, "Remembrance of Things Past." The Sweet Lobby flavors range from classic to contemporary!

Our private label line of loose leaf teas was borne out of our long-cultivated passion for amazing tea! Steep, by The Sweet Lobby, features an exquisite selection of premium teas sourced the world over and packaged in our signature double-lidded, golden tea canisters.
